I understand how to use my PINK CARPET FREE FILM SERIES PASSES
and have read the information below.

HOW WILL I USE MY PINK CARPET PASSES?
Your will be sent an confirmation email verifying the number of passes you have ordered for each show. You will receive your confirmation email within four hours after submitting ordering. If you are are ordering after 6:00pm, your email will arrive by 9:00am the following morning.
HOW WILL I USE MY PINK CARPET PASSES?
Your name will be placed on the official pass list. Print out a copy of your confirmation email and bring it with you to the Tivoli on the night of your screening(s). Simply identify yourself by name and hand the ticket taker your confirmation email when the doors open at 7:00pm.
WHEN DO I NEED TO ARRIVE TO THE TIVOLI?
All seating for the PINK CARPET FREE FILM SERIES is first come-first served. The doors to the auditorium will open at 7:00pm. Showtime is 7:30pm. Early arrival is strongly encouraged. Please note: Your free passes are not guaranteed against sell-outs. People with passes and confirmation emails will be given priority seating until 7:15pm. After 7:15pm, people with passes and confirmation emails will be vying for available seating with anyone else who may be in line wanting to attend that night's free screening.
WILL SEATS BE AVAILABLE AT THE DOOR?
We will not issue more passes that we have seats available. However, any seats not claimed by 7:15pm will be made available to anyone in line at the Tivioli for that particular screening. We expect these screenings to be popular, so again: Early arrival is strongly encouraged. Your free passes are not guaranteed against sell-outs.
